Terms Of Service and Usage Rights
- Because we value your time and ours, we like to make sure our policies are clear and stated up front in order to avoid any miscommunication or issues:
Cancellation / Reschedule: We ask for at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a shoot. This gives us the opportunity to offer that slot to someone else. If a shoot is canceled within the 24-hour window, a fee of $50 will be assessed. If we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot, either because it has been canceled (and we were not notified) or if we are denied access to the property, or the property is not ready to be shot a fee of $100 will be assessed.
Privacy Policy: We will never sell your information to any third party, or give it away in any matter. The only information stored is your name and contact information which is used for your personal Client Portal on Google Drive.
Weather Concerns: Weather can change in an instant! As long as it is not raining, the shoot will go on! If it has been raining and we don’t think exterior shots will turn out well, we will come back out at our earliest opportunity to shoot the exterior at no cost to you. - Drone Services: Flights are weather permitting & Airspace permitting. Wind and rain can cancel flights as well as FAA airspace regulations. While almost all properties can be granted a waiver to fly around there are limited properties that cannot be flown due to airspace regulations.
Staging & Cleaning: We are professional real estate and architectural photographers, not stagers. It is up to you and your Client to make sure the home is in perfect shape for a shoot, so we ask that you view the home prior to the shoot in order to pass on staging tips to the seller. We are unable to provide any cleaning or staging services. For hygiene reasons, we don’t move anything in the bathrooms, to include soap, razors, toothbrushes, etc. so those will need to be put away prior to the shoot.
Turn Around Time: All photography & 3D Showcases will be delivered within 48 hours. However, most shoots are delivered the next day. For Floor Plans, it may take longer than 48 hours, but we will let you know ahead of time when you can expect to see your Floor Plans!
- Usage Rights & License: The Lawton Team 3D Photography and Drone Services (TLT3D) and its parent company retain copyright and dual-ownership of all imagery, video, and stills, that it produces. Unlike other real estate photography companies, we provide a full-use license to our clients authorizing them to utilize TLT 3D’s products to aggressively market their own goods and services. 3D tours are hosted for 6 months unless prior arrangements are made to keep the tours active longer.
Return Shoots: We understand Real Estate & know there are surprises sometimes – like showing up and a new light fixture isn’t up even though you were told it would be. We’ll gladly return to any property and re-shoot certain rooms for a $50 return trip fee. Travel Fee: We will travel up to 1 hr from our base for scheduled shoots and anything outside that range will be assessed a $50 trip fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Unlike other companies, we don’t feel it’s fair to charge you for something if you are unhappy with it. If you are unhappy with your photos for any reason, just let us know and we will gladly reshoot it!
